They have also broken into the top five on the continent as they are now fifth on the continent after their 1-1 draw with Senegal in a friendly match in London .<br /> Egypt are the best team in Africa after they moved up a place from 20 th in March to 19th . Senegal are second in Africa with 805 points . However, the Teranga Lions are 30th in the world .<br /> Cameroon are the third-best team on the continent . They moved up a place from 36 in March to 35. The Democratic Republic of Congo ( 41 ) are sixth while Tunisia ( 42 ) dropped five places to be placed seventh and Ghana ( 45 ) are eighth after dropping two places in the latest rankings .<br /> Ivory Coast ( 48 ), who dropped a spot , and Morocco ( 53), who dropped four places , complete the African top 10 .<br /> Brazil , who booked their place in the Russia 2018 World Cup with matches to spare, returned to the summit of the rankings after seven years. Unfortunately there are even some children they have not found . There was a very terrible wind and a heavy rain this morning .<br /> “Maybe the wind caught the boat in the middle of the sea. They said a priest that was supposedly dead; by the time they moved to Port Harcourt , at the mortuary , he ( priest ) came back. We have not verified that anyway , but we are all praying that such news ( revival of the priest ) should be true .<br /> “The priest we are talking about is a very close person to me. He lives in the same house with my pastor. Government must ensure that boat drivers are well trained and certified before being allowed to convey anybody ,” the source from Bonny told our correspondent.<br /> Spokesman for the police in the state , Mr . Nnamdi Omoni, confirmed the incident, but added that he had yet to get details of what happened , including the number of those who lost their lives .<br /> “I can confirm to you that there was a boat mishap, but the detail is still sketchy . I bargained with them on Monday , but they did not agree. I called them more than 20 times, but they insisted on N5m . I called them again this morning ( Tuesday ), they were adamant .</div> <div> “My daughter told me on the phone that some of her abductors wore masks and that three other passengers were kidnapped . She graduated last year from Auchi Polytechnic, Edo State, where she studied Marketing . We were 11 on that bus . Our driver thought he was a policeman and stopped for him. They beat me up and forced me to disclose my father ’s phone number.</div> <div> “My experience in the bush was terrible . They didn’t give us any food . Later , they gave us dirty water to quench our thirst. The water was smelly . None of us drank it. I was the only female; the three other victims were males .”</div> <div> The Kogi State Police Public Relations Officer , William Aya, said two persons were arrested and had been transferred to the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department.</div> <div> He said , “The Area Commander led a team to the bush and rescued the four victims .
